Listing Agent Fee

We charge a reasonable commission, often lower than 1%*, which encompasses comprehensive services including professional photography, signage, robust home marketing, and complete management from open houses to offers to closing. This rate is significantly lower than the traditional 3% listing side commission. 

*Commissions are negotiable and your rate could be as low as 1/2 a percent or as high as 1.5% depending on a variety of factors that we’ll discuss for your home

Buyer Agent Fee

When buyer agents from other companies are involved, they may request a commission of 2% to 3% from the sales price as part of their offer. You have the flexibility to negotiate this amount. To attract the widest pool of buyers, we promote that buyers need not worry about buyer agent fees affecting their offer on your home. If a buyer’s agent from Realty 2024 represents the buyer, an additional 1% fee is added to your overall commission, ensuring the total commission you pay will be somewhere between 1.5% and 2.5% depending on your specific Listing Agent Fee (see above). This setup motivates us to attract a high volume of buyers and ensures you never pay more than necessary. If a buyer with an agent from another company covers their own agent’s fees, you would only pay our low listing agent fee, adding to your savings.
